Brandon & Danika Evans founded Cherokee Crush in 2022. After many years of their daughter playing recreational softball under several organizations, then playing All-Stars, they strived for more. Not wanting to fall under any established travel teams due to a variety of reasons, they wanted to create a new team - a team with higher standards, a more organized structure, better competition in tournaments, and operate under their brand to build up and draw in those players looking for more.
With a strong focus on fundamentals, their goal is to develop players to be able to play multiple positions. School remains primary focus for the girls, if the don’t pass, they don’t play. And finally, teaching the importance of being a good teammate. Raising these girls to be the best they can on and off the field.
Brandon head coaches the 14U Evans team. Danika is Team Manager for all of the Cherokee Crush teams.
